A one on one session tailored to your body and goals. We will utilize the full pilates system in the studio: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, High chair, Ladder barrel , Pedi pole, Baby/Arm chair, Small barrel, Spine Corrector, and additional accessory tools.
